Resource sustain?

So within the last couple weeks, since last maintenance before they abandoned us, I've been having horrible sustain problems. Running out of magicka and stamina on all my characters that I never used to have issues with. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips to help my sustainability problem. I considered drinks instead of food but I don't wanna lose my max magicka and stamina numbers

You'll most likely have to surrender to using the Serpent/Atronach Mundus stones to boost your regeneration. People will argue that, even if you lose some damage or crit chance, you'll be pumping out more damage by being able to use more abilities in the long run with a higher regen.

Also I don't know your CP count but do you have your Decrease Cost of Spells and Abilities maxed out in your Champion passives? That will lighten the load on how much resource you use up in a fight.

I do remember something about a patch note saying they increased the cost of abilities a bit.

Ok. I'll look into those stones. I'm cp 305, my reduction points are all maxed out. Thanks for tips

there is a drink for magica toons that gives max health, max magic and magic regen. No stam version yet tho. As said before, check where your CPs are placed also

Your style of gameplay is important to this discussion.

If you mainly solo quests you can take the suggestions above to increase regen or work on your build another way to manage resources differently.

If you raid vet trials your damage is important and suport members is the group see to help you width sustain. Ele drain, orbs and shares are important to sustain dps.
