I say large (400+) because I often play during the off hours and the larger the guild the more people who will hopefully be online during my weird hours. Being a part of something big is a cool feeling too. I run pledges daily, and would like to do normal trials. I would even like to do vet trials one I get the vMA weapons I need, but I don't want it to be a requirement. I'm not a fan of participation requirements such as having to join the trials raids once per week because I have a pretty random work schedule. Despite that I don't consider myself casual though. Gold dues are fine if the guild needs to maintain a high traffic trader.
