Is there something like that?
Or am i stuck having to run around blind hoping the guild trader i go to has what i need, and selling/buying in chat
And flogging items to vendors.
I was sure there was one, but i am back after not playing for a long time.
and have played a LOT of different MMOs in that time and just really cannot remember, and the game has had some large changes so i am here throwing out feelers hoping to get a
bit of a run down on how the system works in the games current form.

No, there is not a central Auction house, there never was an AH (been playing since beta) and ZoS is not going to make one.
Its easy to join a guild that has a trader so you can sell stuff. There are plenty that dont have minimums or quotas that you have to meet.
Sorry if I seem snarky but we have had 1,000,000 threads on this topic already.

You can join up to five guilds, so the system is designed with the expectation that at least one of them will be a trading guild. Shout in a busier zone: an alliance capital city, Rawlk'ha, Belkarth, Orsinium - you should easily get an invite. Or take a look at the guild recruitment section here on the forum. Check where their trader is, it should be in a bigger town if you want to reach a lot of customers. Maybe not one of the major ones because you probably won't meet those guilds' sales minimum as a newish player, but don't settle for the middle of nowhere.KingTentacleAU wrote: »No, there is not a central Auction house, there never was an AH (been playing since beta) and ZoS is not going to make one.

thats fine i was just checking, i must be remembering it from another game or just muddled memories.
I figured it was something that may have been over asked but so much old out of date info for this game its hard to tell whats what sometimes especially after a long time away and big updates.
My mates and i are in a guild to our selves, but maybe its worth looking to join a larger one.
But im not sure what ones are good or even active as chat seems to be pretty dead.
You post was plenty polite the one below you was not. thank you for giving me a good reply.

And best thing is you can access all their stores from any bank, with saved searches. So easy
People snap on AH threads as alot of people used to other MMOs come expecting them and post, which often end up log difficult debates.
Best way however is to use the system this game provides, not fight against it and you can do all you need and more. I joined guilds purely to trade with them, and grew todo PvP with them and trials and content I never would have done with my mates guilds. So the game works well
