Warmount - Tower CP line - Whaaa?

So I went nuts and unlocked the Warmount CP passive ability in the Tower CP line.
Just what exactly does this do? I seem to still have stamina costs out of combat for ever ability ever.
I seem to still have stamina costs for rapid manoeuvres when mounted..
So what gives? Any insight? Is this totally bugged???

Duukar✭✭✭✭✭Ok I see now!
My MOUNTS stamina never goes down. This is INCREDIBLY OP for when you have like no stamina rating on your mount!
