Ice destruction staff

I believe Ice is a little weaker than the other two staves. I believe the ultimate and destructive clench/reach should add an AoE slow.

heystreethawk✭✭✭✭✭The icy rage morph of the ultimate immobilizes everyone inside of it with every damage tick, and wall of elements offers an AoE snare. Destructive reach is fine with a single target root & snare in addition to the DoT damage, which has given me more killing blows than any siege weapon.
All ice needs are a couple class skills dealing frost damage; as a destruction staff goes, the weapon skills are in pretty good shape.Edited by heystreethawk on November 20, 2016 10:10PMGM of Fantasia

✭I've been blessed with the named ice staff for rattlecage (don't know which boss dropped it, was given by another player at end) and it's awesome.
