Here are a few of my favorite ones...
    3134qps.jpg
Made with Bugloss, Mudcrab Chitin and Mountain Flower

    Luminous Russula, Columbine and Wormwood

For this one, use solvent water, not oils, to make. Takes Scrib Jelly, Butterfly Wings and Torchbug Thorax...

    Hope this helps out!

I typed "eso poison recipe" to google and got this Link

But poisons arent like potions, there arent like 3 types of poisons that are the best. You gotta build them yourself from effects of what you really want and how they should last (there is big difference between stamina drain for 3sec and 6sec).

I use this handy tool (Link), which is for building potions, but if you enable negative effects you can build "negative potions" aka poisons.

Answer will vary by game (pve or pvp), class (temp v sorc v dk v nb), build/set and role.

For me, a simple easy go-to is just stack three health traits with say luminous, bugloss, water hyac. At top cp gets you 1300+ damage per sec and same self HoT for like 4.4s. Other combos can get ssme result, spreading your inventory out.

Its easy to make, needs no rares and gives solid add to dmg and survival, clearing up skilks, pots, clicks in combat for more aggressive choices.

Since stacking more types of effects reduces duration, i tend to avoid complex poisons except for special circumstances. Basically i go for simple poisons and complex potionns.

Another important consideration is if you plan to group or solo play.

I rarely use poisons and actually forget the recipe of my favorite one. Haha. That said, there is one that only requires 2 reagents and roots people for like 6.3 seconds. It's basically a Cyrodiil death sentence.

Damn, I guess I'm gonna have to grind alchemy on one of my characters. Some of those poisons are nice...

Kind of depends on what your trying to do with it, sheer damage, resource gain, CC, Buff?
For pure damage you could try
Blessed Thistle, Nightshade, Fleshfly larvae does (4x1266)+(6x822)= 9996 dmg per proc or
Blessed Thistle, Nightshade, Stinkhorn for (1266x5)= 6330 dmg plus a minor brutality buff for 3.5 seconds (+5% weapon damage)
