You mean trying to help ZOS "git gud" at their loot distribution and make their RNG system(s) better? So that there will be less complaints, and people spending more time actually playing the game and clearing content than grinding? Yeah... I've been trying to do that for quite some time. I know. It's kinda like talking to a wall at this point. It's alright. This is my last attempt at trying to help them get right. Can't really help those who won't help themselves.

You could always try to get a job with Zenimax if you truly want to help them "git gud?"

That is a lie. You just keep coming back.

I don't think ZOS would hire me, due to my outwardly spoken opinions of them on numerous occasions. Lol. Not to mention the fact that a lot of my ideas would be more so about trying to help players enjoy the game, rather than help ZOS make more money. Although, I suppose some ideas such as less grinding could potentially make them more money (encouraging more people to buy the game, subscribe, and support ZOS) — that wouldn't be where my focus would be (regarding making money). So as the many Khajiit buddies of the forum would say, "Dark moons..." ._.

Coming from someone who seems to suffer from a severe case of “bad luck” The fact that I've been trying to obtain BIS gear for my magical DK seems to be taking years to get. I've been grinding nonstop in City of ash for god knows how long... and still I can't seem to get a break of getting the rightful traits of 4 items: Robes, Breeches and 2 spellweave inferno staffs (Sharpen). I'm also trying to get SPC for my templar, and still no such luck in finding the rightful traits.
With each grind that I must do I find myself getting bored out of my mind with the certain dungeon.

Agree, and I add that he isn't playing D3.
Why want a game to work like one we don't play anymore? I don't ask this game to have anything from one of my past games. Stopped playing for a reason.

Hey dudeI know you don't like me for whatever reason but I understand your frustration. It's why I asked for drop rates. Sometimes you wonder if certain items are a myth
I do also believe your message could be better conveyed with more reasonable responses to certain posts. I'd like ZOS to read and take seriously what we all write but we all have to remain mature and reasonable to be taken seriously
I do still hoping they release some numbers and perhaps increase a lot of drop rates. It becomes an incredibly stale game when you have repeated losses in a game, doesn't it?

I certainly am playing Diablo 3, but nowhere near as much as I used to. I actually played for around 2hrs. yesterday, and am going to be trying to ease more D3 into my gaming. Why am I returning to an oldie like D3...? Because of a few reasons. 1. Diablo 3 is having seasons coming to console. 2. Diablo 3 is having a new class being implemented (Necromancer class). 3. The amount of dramatic changes Blizzard has made to D3 have literally made it incredible with the amount of improvements they've made. Did you know that they've made builds even more viable with Kanai's Cube? A little thing that basically lets you use items without using them, as well as other numerous things. It's amazing.

@Cazzy Who told you that I don't like you? You've not done anything wrong to me, and therefore I have no reason to dislike you. You're fine in my book. I wish you no negativity in the slightest, and view you the same as I view maybe @Alucardo or someone. Just a pretty cool person who posts on the forums. I don't know why you have that impression that I dislike you, bruh-bruh. But it's untrue. ;_;
Also, I do agree that my message(s) to ZOS could've been cleaned up a bit. Very true. And it's also true that it does become incredibly stale after a prolonged period of time of constantly grinding with what appears to be no end in sight. True indeed.
I'd imagine that if anyone was to work at ZoS, then their stance on 'saving the customer money' would soon change to 'make this business as successful as possible'.
That's the funny thing about capitalism.
ESO is like heroin. You try to quit (like me) time and time again because you know it's no good for you. But you always end up crawling back.
You hate your drug dealer (ZOS in this case) but they're the only one who can give you your fix. So you try to negotiate and bargain but it never works. So you quit.
Then the itch for a fix returns...

@Flynch
Zos current stance is to keep this business as successful as possIble. They seem to be doing fine with that.

Stupid RNG as it is ( specially end game content ) = People get stuck and don't enjoy the game, they leave.
Shop = The reason ZOS doesn't care about any of the above.

It's interesting that you compare it to D3. When D3 first came out it was terrible under Jay Wilson. Jay Wilson took everything that made D2 a success and excluded it from D3 and held on to his sick twisted pride until the day he was fired. He did exactly the opposite of player feedback because he was Jay Wilson, the chosen one. He became an internet meme for pride and arrogance. After he was fired someone else took over and turned the game around completely and carried on the success of D2 and well as furthering the game along that line.
No one should be defending the RNG in this game. They put out ad hominems against the OP because they have no logical basis to defend the current RNG situation.

SlayerTheDragon wrote: »@Ch4mpTW you cannot even begin to compare ZOS to Blizzard.
But, yes you are correct. I have also been playing a lot of D3 until this weekend when there was a free weekend on Overwatch. At around midway through my first match I realised two things:
1. Blizzard are master game builders (and I have been wasting so much time elsewhere)
2. No PVP encounter will ever compare to what I just experienced.
Come payday I will be moving over to OW fulltime. No leveling, no gear, no grinding - just skill.
