This happens to me when Im in cyrodill and have no idea what to do. If I reset game (Since it wont allow me to do anything else), I start back in cyrodill and am stuck in that dumb screen so I cant even go and do dungeons or quests.

✭So get this, bc i sure as hell didn't know...
The issue is only on the load screen not disappearing. My wife and I were doing a dungeon yesterday and it happened to me. I was able to move and do all my skills using her tv!
We did the first 2 pulls before i closed the app and reloaded. There is no good reason to why that screen won't disappear if you can still effect game play while in it.1
