Help ! Why can I not spend crowns in my account , I have 600 and I want to buy the starter pack !
I am a returning player , I have no mount , so I thought it would be a great way to spend the crowns in my account but starter pack is on offer at 480 crowns .
I have 600 crowns in my account , I believe these crowns where given to me by Zenimax when the system changed over to F2P model.
I am logged into my account it shows 600 crowns (not just my forum account) I goto the crown store , I click on the start pack and it just takes me straight to the purchase more crowns options....
Help please ,what am I doing wrong !!

PS I think I know where I am going wrong ...... due to me been a returning player , I am currently updating the game , I was trying to make the purchase on the website , but I am guessing, I need to be running the game , then goto the crown store when logged into the game , then make the purchase ?!?! is that correct ?!?!1
