First off my apologies for the bad grammar, english is still hard for me to compute, so i am a newish player and i still like to explore and try to pick up as much free mats i can find, , i see that i am mostly alone in dungeons picking all the crates and bags we come by, am i slowing down the groups, nobody has said anything in chat yet but i do not wish to feel the wrath of the eso demi gods.

Should i come out and say i am a horder and i like to find shiny things, or just keep on exploring this beautiful world.

By all means say you are a hoarder/packrat.

Some folks will vote to kick you for that, but such is life.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Chests and heavy sacks is fine. Everyone wants to loot those. Everything else is kinda unnecessary tbh.

I'd say there is a time and a place to explore all the crates you find and that's probably while you're soloing in delves and public dungeons and have all the time in the world.

I probably wouldn't make a huge deal out of it if one of my party members is exploring around a bit as long as the group isn't slowed down much. If you're taking 3 minutes between every encounter trying to find all the 4g food items in the crates, I'd likely offer you 1000g to just ignore them for the run. You'd make more gold that way anyway.

Are you doing these Delves with a PuG or with your guild?
PuGs usually want to get done as fast as possible, so stopping to collect everything is usually considered bad etiquette.
Your best bet is to tell the group you're in that you harvest mats so they know what to expect.
    Hope this helps.
I'm not prejudiced; I hate everyone equally !

You mean the three other players run ahead of you and kill the mobs while you are opening bags/crates? If they are ok with it and you're ok with it then I don't see any problem! If a group needs you then they will wait.

Also, your english is very good.

I should clarify, I also am a serious packrat, hence my total adoration of the crafting bag.

I also have several crafters who strip the various weapon and armor racks... and did you notice how darn many shields are laying around in Spindleclutch?''

But there are a lot of speedrun min-maxer spaz types out there who will have a whole heard of cows if you attempt a dungeon at anything less than a flat out run. (and who will not even blink or pause when someone mentions a chest or heavy sack in group chat)>

I don't care - I don't miss those types. But it certainly is something to mention.

It's simple math and those mats just aren't worth the time it takes to pick them up for many people. You may be able to get a faster run and more chests/boss loot per minute by ignoring the crates which increases your gold earned per minute in the dungeon. Take some of your earned gold and buy the mats later if needed. You're still earning more gold that way.

I loot crates if on the way, not slowing down anyone. But I do take my time to loot every urn, cos you can get motifs and purple recipes, not a lot of urns in dungeons anyway.
But if you really want to loot crates and barrels, coldharbour city has lots and all free to loot, and you can take your time to loot the whole city. Or any delves and public dungeons, crafting stations has lots. So best not spent time loot in group dungeons, cos you do that in other places.

I only care about the chests and heavy bags, but I have found a few rare motifs in the crates and such.

I prefer to run with the packrats but if I'm tanking for the speed builds so be it. As a tank I get lots of work so I'm not worried lol.

the last time i checked the armour & weapons you pick up off racks in dungeons yeald 0 resources when deconstructed and they do not help if leveling a craft either,

this is because they have a value of 0gold,
the amount of resources & inspiration you receive for deconstructing an item is directly scaled with the gold value of the item

you will occasionally pick up a green item, but that is very very rarley; and that wont give you much
