Risk vs Reward

We certainly need to drive a hard focus on bettering our risk vs reward and allow us to get better consistent rewards for the harder dungeons and vetMA. Take away prosperous and training and crappy stamina set staffs that are useless when we are completing extremely hard content.

I agree that prosperous needs to be removed, changed or something. Training has no place in CP160 gear. If someone at CP160+ wants training on their gear for whatever reason they can craft it.
However, unsure what you mean about crappy stamina sets since people have different play styles. It is not always about the meta.1 -

✭✭Prosperous and Training traits should be removed from all end game drops no matter what and become crafting traits only!!
I get more than half of these for drops from doing the pledges all the time, and it infuriates me how much they drop from the undaunted chests. I've been trying to get the Kra'ghs pauldrons for the last month and I have only ever received 3 of them and they were all Prosperous. I wish I could trade in all my unwanted helm and shoulder drops for tokens towards getting the item I do want!!

You misread, its crappy stamina set STAFFS, restoration staff of sheer vernom is not a playstyle, it is pure cancer.
