One Tamriel Veteran Contents & Armor Resistance

Before One Tamerial, I was hitting better numbers in Vet Dungeons and trials with my Precise weapon but after one Tamriel release, my damage went lower.
Critical bonus from Precise weapon is very important as it gives upto 7% more chances for crit hit. While dual wielding I am still using Precise and Sharpened.
Any one know if all Vet contents mob/boss have same resistance and what resistance they have? Or pleasr post link explaining Vet Contents resistance after one Tamriel
