Is there a racial motif book, like for example the imperial?
Or are there only the seperated ones (one for chest, one for helm etc)?

    The Akaviri motifs can only be bought in Cyrodiil with AP, there isn't a full book just the individual chapters. It costs a total of 4.25m AP or you can buy the chapters from other players with gold

    You find them from other players in the guild stores, and on PC-NA I often see them for 50k-125k gold depending on the chapter.
