Nah, everybody has the DLC added to their game via updates - it just unlocks when you sub or buy. That is why there's no separate download when you do get the DLC.

The base game (unpatched) is 54 gigs... you can agree with him all you want but I promise you the DLC itself doesn't directly affect the size, Steam already accounts for that due to the fact that DLC is patched in, not downloaded in as an add-on. The fact is that all systems have different sizes - and ALL Players with the game installed have the DLC downloaded already lol - it's added into each incremental patch, even if you can't access it - you have the files on your PC.

Just for reference the full games on PS4 Pro is 79 gigs. So that's 75 on Xbox, 79 on Ps4 and 68 on PC. It's not the DLC - there's obviously just differences in how certain files are optimized for each machine.

For PS4, being I'm on the new Pro, I imagine the extra gigs come from the 4k textures and 1080 textures both being required to be there. PS4 and Xbox and PC all need different types of optimization for filetypes - PS4 I know in particular needs it's own special audio file format, which can account for size difference if the compression is different.

But again - there is a reason you can play immediately after purchasing DLC - you do not have to download it, and it does not add to the size, this is 100% factual and undeniable. This is quite common these days in basically all games.... DLC purchases are the equivalent of buying serial keys for software you already have.

Even if you don't own the DLC, the size will be roughly the same as it should be.
