Very likely noone. And at some point it will be revealed that the Aetherial Cipher wasn't actually dropping yet due to a bug. Do not farm monsters for this thing, you have better chances of winning the lottery in real life (there seems to be a very low chance to get the Aetherial Dust from material nodes, too, like 1/10,000 or lower but some afk botters who farm mats in Bal Foyen 24/7 actually got more than one [and some legit players probably, too ]).

What I said was with a bit of irony, but I honestly still haven't heard of a single person who got an Aetherial Cipher and can craft those potions in-game.

eso doesnt allow 3rd party control of a toon, plus people who use programs to farm nodes for them dont actually run around on a toon, they just hack the code. i remember all the time running up to a node and just as i am about to harvest it, it disappears cause a node farmer used a program to harvest the node without even being at the spot.

I report all bots I see, but I've seen some recently, and they walk around and gather nodes normally, hard to tell apart from legit players.

Atm they would be very, very expensive potions for a relatively short xp boost.

Anyone can link the item though. But I take your word for it that there are two people who have it (but do not sell potions for some reason?).

I saw people trying to push in the final product for 20-30k per piece, which is ridiculous considering the effect and short time in which it works. Buying XP for that much is wasting gold.
