Already sent tickets, no response at all, since the update on saturday, in which NOTHING has changed at all on my PC except for one thing, ESO patch, now game is utterly unplayable, constant ping spikes reaching 13k+, crashing to log in screen no errors, error 200, error 108, cannot connect to server, ensure you have a valid internet connection. I have reinstalled game twice ran repair dozen times, run game with both addons and no addons, all addons up to date, and yet still game does not run.

    I have sent in a ticket for some insane combat lag (PVE) since the patch on PC NA. This is basically where my character just stops doing things for a while, but I can see that things are being done by how monsters react. On one occasion this lasted long enough that I died, but normally they die and then all my actions play out.

    Unreported, but after running several hours, I get a stutter. This is probably some incremental inefficiency with internal data management in the client. Closing the game and restarting it rwsolves the problem. I think this is also more prominent since Saturday, but not sure.

    It could be a number of things. I question whether there is not a single cause for everything I am seeing, as well as what was reported by the OP.

    Same problem on ps4, game is unplayable right now, you could at very least prorrogate maelstrom double drops since its been 3 days i cant even join pugs without dcing

    Reinstalled the game, used different ISP, tried it in other computer, repaired the client and gave a try to a CLEAN game (with ZERO ADDONS).
    Issues still there.

    I'm on PS4 NA and having the same issues. It's not uncommon to log in to be disconnected immediately after and the game saying to check your internet connection. That, and frequent lag spikes when able to stay logged in.

    It's incredibly frustrating. Didn't seem to have any issues before Saturday's patch.

    I've experienced random disconnections for months now. I've tried disabling all of my add-ons. I've tried adjusting my graphics settings (as recommended by ZOS support via email). I've even tried temporarily disabling my firewall. I believe my internet connection isn't the issue, because I don't disconnect from anything else. To clarify, by "disconnect" I mean I'm sent directly to the login screen. Sometimes mid-combat, sometimes while gathering materials, sometimes while just standing, navigating a menu.

    Ever since 1T, the disconnecting issue has worsened. Seems like I keep having more and more issues with lag, input delay, weaving, etc, especially within the last few days. vMA was nearly impossible for me just a bit ago. I've ran it several times since the Orsinium event started, but this last time took me over two hours. My abilities wouldn't trigger, but sometimes the animations would play. Mobs would be in one place and then instantly be in another place. In one particular case, my character slid sideways, and I wasn't able to control it for a few moments. I've recorded loads of footage of buggy things in vMA. Eventually I'll compile all of the clips into a single video and upload it somewhere hoping it'll help track down and eliminate some very annoying bugs.

    Since the most recent patch, textures have been taking ages to load. An example: the blacksmith building in Rivenspire. I approached it, and the archways that allow entrance had a super low resolution texture over them, that made it look like a solid wall. I could run through it, like normal, but the texture covered the opening. When I logged in earlier, I stood in the Undaunted Enclave area, and waited for 20-ish seconds just for the NPCs to load in.

    Also worth noting: I'm running an i7 2600k and a GTX 980 (with recent drivers), and somehow manage to average 20-30 frames per second (just standing outside of town... even lower while in combat) with the following graphics settings:

    Display Mode: Fullscreen
    Vertical Sync: On
    Anti-Aliasing: Off
    Texture Quality: High
    Subsampling Quality: Medium
    Shadow Quality: Medium
    Water Reflection Quality: Medium
    Maximum Particle Systems: 768
    Particle Suppression Distance: 35
    View Distance: 26
    Ambient Occlusion: Off
    Bloom: Off
    Depth of Field: Off
    Distortion: Off
    Sunlight Rays: Off
    Grass: Off

    These are far lower graphics settings than I'm accustomed to, and far lower than any other game I play, which run smoothly between 55-60 fps with vsync enabled.

    I'll reiterate for the sake of clarity: These issues happen with or without add-ons enabled.

    Most of these issues are recent, or have gotten notably worse recently. From my perspective, it looks a lot like the last few patches have broken the game. It's oftentimes unplayable for me.

    I'm in the United States, on the NA Megaserver. My ISP is Comcast.

    At least in my case, the issues occur with or without add-ons enabled. When I have my add-ons enabled, the ones that I typically use are:

    Craft Store
    Destinations
    Dressing Room
    FTC (everything disabled except combat statistics and scrolling combat text)
    Lorebooks
    LUI Extended
    Skyshards
    Srendarr
    Votan's Minimap

    I have other add-ons, but I only activate them when they are situationally relevant.

    I also suffer from constant disconnects back to the login screen during a single gameplay session. It only started happening after that patch as well.
    I know for a fact it's not an ISP problem because I just moved from Canada to the US and I got kicked to the login before and after I moved, on 2 completely different ISP's.

    Seriously. I have a very capable machine and I'm not going to gimp it and start disabling services just so it can deal with ESO and whatever bad code you put in the last patch.
    My machine and ESO worked just fine before the patch.

    P.S.
    I asked for the ticket to be closed because I'm just not getting anywhere with your support staff. Waiting for a patch to fix this.

    20% base speed for high ping players.
    Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
    They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.

    I've been having some random stutters... Seemed noticable when I used Meteor skill. They seem to go away when I just stop moving and stand still for a second or two.

    But now in Bangkoria I had it happen at a dolmen with many people present. And also have been getting kicked back to the login screen then being told my account is already logged in when trying to log back in. This isn't normal for me, the stutters or the log screen issue. Saturday running nAA, nHRC, and nSO had no issues at all, just mentioning as a reference having 12 active players spaming skills...

    Xbox NA has been having the same issues. Everything including lags and disconnects have gotten worse since T1 was released. ZOS has to stop generating new content and fix what is already there. What used to just be lag and disconnects in PvP is now happening in every zone. I'd rather wait a year for housing and furniture (who cares anyway) if we can have these performance issues resolved.

    I do not use any addons but I did notice random crashes here and there after the update as well.
