Survivor Achievements Reset

I just noticed this today, that most of the survivor achievements for the II veteran dungeons (the old veteran dungeons that are now called version II) have reset. The only ones that remain are Crypt of Hearts II and City of Ash II. I also noticed that these two retained the names for their respective achievements (Deadly Crypt Survivor and Deadly Deadlands Survivor, respectively) while all the others were simply changed to include the "II" denomination, e.g. "Banished Cells II Survivor"
Hopefully this is a bug that the old achievements didn't carry over and register for the new names. Hopefully it isn't intended that we have to do them all over again.

obscure7✭✭✭✭Hmm I'm reading that apparently these achievements didn't exist before, and were only added recently (the One Tamriel patch)? Maybe my memory is bad... Maybe not all of them had a survivor associated with them, but I'm sure some of them did. Where are the missing achievements?
