Does Strength of the Automaton Effect The Following?

Strength of the Automaton adds 400 weapon damage to your physical abilities. I would like to pair this with Spriggs. I am mainly a Bow Sniper with 2hand as a buffer and a holder for WW. I would like 2 main set bonuses that effect both my bow and WW. I would use a proc set like Viper but it says its only melee range.
So 2 questions: Does Automaton weapon damage effect my WW damage abilities and light attacks? Does it effect Lethal Arrow since it is poison damage?

but know = NO on the lethal arrow (Like you said, poison) and prob no on light attack(Since light attacks are not 'skills' or abilities)0 -
