Vampires - Pale skin?

I've seen a few vamps runnin around without the pale skin. Anyone know if this is a setting or just a visual bug on my end?

✭✭Disguises disable any skin that you may have on and appear human. This is probably what your seeing.PS4 NA DC3 -

✭Yup, yup. Quest disguises reset you to fresh out of character creation settings
Any cosmetic changes you have active will also disappear.
I find it a fun way to instantly appear completely different
