Why do item descriptions keep auto-scrolling up?

Why is it, whenever i'm looking at item descriptions in my inventory, and since sets have a lot of text etc. when i scroll down to try and read it, it all just keeps scrolling back to the top instantly?
Either way it's annoying as heck and won't stop.

Thrasher91604✭✭✭✭✭Similar problem with quick slot items lists. Assigning an item on the bottom is a major hassle because it keeps scrolling up to the top in Cyrodiil.1 -

No idea what causes it? Sometimes i think it's whenever someone speaks in chat (i'm on PS4) but other timesi try to check and no one said anything.
happens at crafting tables too, when looking at stuff.0 -

✭✭✭I don't know how to make it stop but I can tell you it's basically a stuck in combat bug.
What mystifies me is that it affects certain environmental interactables differently. For instance while doing some Undaunted quests the whole quick slot menu "auto scroll to top" happens and some quests, but not all version, have interactables that I can't interact with, whereas others are just fine. Very weird.0 -

I think this is also related, sometimes when i am crafting/decon-ing stuff, when i click them so they appear in the slot, after like half a second they revert out of the slot too. like i feel like it happens at a time where if it was a item description it would have scrolled up at that time. Game is suits now. Hopefully they dont start selling fixes in the crown store.1 -

We all know they won't. It'll be in crates instead
Oh, and they copied Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain gimmick, where the only way to see the nuke cutscene is if literally every single player on the platform don't have a nuke. ESO will be reverse, like reverse flash, everyone has to get the fix from a crate before it'll work >.<1
