Glitch??

So on one my my toons i have exactly 30k health on one bar and same exact amount on other bar. BUT when switch bars with full health it ALWAYS takes me to 25k health until i heal.

This always happens everytime now does anybody have a explanation for this? Why would it do that? Does it cost health to switch bars?

IF you have set that boosts health tied with your weapons, every bar swap will result in that.

Not sure how the devs explain it. Personally, I have related it to real life and how we pick up things. Say that I am holding something that requires both hands and I need to pick up something else that requires both hands. There will be a point that nothing is in my hands as I switch.

I believe that is the point where we lose the bonuses from our bar. Which would bring our health, magicka, and stamina back to what they would look like without any weapons equipped. It probably does the same for the other bonuses, but the three resources are the most noticeable.

Of course, I could be wrong. But that is how I've always taken it.
