End game depends on your interest. All zones are same level. 4 trials and new dungeons and more.
NPC and max gear level is CP 160. Max CP is 561.0 -

Ermm, there is end game in pretty much every MMO. It's a large part of why many people play them. Max level dungeons and raids getting top-level gear only found there.
