Strongest Dragon Leap possible?

Just for sh*ts and giggles: What's the strongest Dragon Leap possible in the game? Since Dragon Leap is physical damage- I'm guessing the build would be somewhat close to:

Dragonknight (obviously)
Redguard
Attributes: 64 into stamina
Mundus: The Warrior
5 Medium Hunding (all divines, stamina enchants)
5 Viper (3 robust jewelry, 2 sharpened swords)
2 Medium Velidreth (divines, stamina enchant)

Would sets that offer more crit, more penetration, or more stam end up making the ultimate better? At what point does someone need to invest less in crit and more into weapon power? Or when does someone invest more weapon power than stamina?

Has anyone ever tried to figure out diminishing returns when it comes to investing in crit, penetration, stamina pool, and weapon damage?

Well for the strongest dragon leap possible crit chance would be a pointless stat to boost as you would only need it to crit once for the test, unless you wanted to incorporate the strongest dragon leap possible into a build in which case you would want it to crit regularly. So is this just for a test or actual useable build?

Edit: off topic but related; I had a 52k overload light attack crit once but I can't remember the exact build. I know I was wearing elegant and had more than 60cp in elfborn.

I'd like to incorporate it into a build. So, crit would be a factor. Dragon Leap is already cheap enough- so I don't really need "reduced ultimate costs" gear.

EDIT: I just read your previous responses. Below would be for a Min/Max test; this would not be a viable PvP build.

    5 Automaton
    5 Hunding's Rage
    1 Velidreth
    1 Molag Kena

    Jewelry
    +174 Weapon Dmg x 3

    Weapons
+348 Weapon Dmg Glyph (proc first)
    Crusher Glyph (proc first)

    Champion Points
    100 Mighty
    66 Precise Strikes
    21 Piercing

    Also:
Use sharpened swords or maces; and,
Use an Earthen Heart ability first; and,
    Apply Major Brutality; and,
Ask someone to buff you with Spell Power Cure, Powerful Assault, Combat Prayer, Aggressive Warhorn; and,
Synergize with a Sorcerer's Storm Atronach synergy for Major Berserk; and,
Empower the leap with Empowering Chains

You could also consider target debuffs; but I have probably given you more than a fair share to add to your Min/Max test already ...

Based on my testing, it is around 60% Criticals that you really start to see diminishing returns on more Critical Chance. Sure, you may crit a little more often at higher levels, but not all that more often as your criting almost all the time already at 60%. This is where I start putting points into base damage.

But, it also comes down to build and playstyle too. But for me, on my builds, when I get to 60% or a bit more Crit Chance, I look for other areas to improve.

As for Stamina vs Weapon Power, tough call. For one, most buffs increase weapon power and not Stamina, so if your leveraging your buffs properly, then you don't need to boost base Weapon Power as much. A larger pool of Stamina is probably better than a bit more base weapon damage. Me, I tend to not have the tightest rotations and buff timers on the screen bug me to see, so I don't track them, so that is why I can't answer this one.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
