Does anyone know for sure if the treasure hunter passive affects Dolmen chests?

Just curious since I read in zone that the majority of overland jewelry set drops is from dolmens.

Skullstachio✭✭✭✭✭bear in mind that the "Treasure Hunter" champion passive does not always work, otherwise we would be walking around with gold necklaces & rings from VET group dungeons which drop Epic quality gear which if you find a locked chest, they contain epic gear sometimes which could be improved to legendary with the champion passive respectively.If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...
If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.5
