Hello! I love slows, immobilizing effects, and cold damage. I'm happy it doesn't seem utilized so much, but I'd love more options.
I'm sure there has been talk of a cold damage class, but has it ever gotten serious thought?
Also, I think icy rage should add a large snare if broken free.
