Wondering if you feel justified playing alliance wars with your different characters from different alliances. Is just just a bunch of skill points, Leki Procs and abilities to you or do you feel strongly about your allegiance?
I'm a Proud AD'r but made other characters from Ebon and Dagger. Haven't started PVP yet but feel kind of awkward trying to kill ADrs lol

In my original campaign, there was a guild that started to annoy me to no end so I didn't mind switching to kill members of that guild. Though I kind of regret it now because I can't go back to my home alliance. :(

Playing against your native alliance is dishonorable. Ppl who do so are not a type of ppl I would ever hangout irl. I can respect these who choose a single alliance, even if my enemies.

When I pvp have usually done it by being in different campaigns for different factions/characters. Is the only way can feel ok about it - could not play Thornblade (on ps4) or whatever on my AD & then switch to my EP in the same campaign. It would not feel right, and could be seen as cheating in some way. I have some standards. Occasionally. So just play the one character in the one campaign until can change.

Pvp is so tedious. It is a hamster wheel.

Take a keep. It's taken away. Take it back. Repeat repeat repeat.

Cheaters prosper. Alliance spy brings buddies into a keep. Rather than end the cross-alliance backdoor method, Zeni codes around it. Cheaters keep prospering, alliance spy follows others around alerting opponent where the target is going, alerting your opponent where you are crouched. No way to code around that, and Zeni isn't going to end the cross-alliance backdoor, so cheaters continue to prosper.

Grind a rank. Grind another. Rack up alliance points, 100k, 500k, 1mill, 3mill. Repeat repeat repeat.

Imperial city was different, then the flags were added. Take a flag. It's taken away. Take it back. Repeat.

I do not often go to a campaign anymore. But when I did, my paragraph about cheaters describes how I feel about playing on more than one side in the alliance war.

My first and always main alliance is the pact, so I know what kind of scum the covenant and dominion really are. Marauding invaders and child-killers, the lot of them! So only my pact characters PvP, occasionally. For the Motherland! For the Pact! ;)

(and if they ever add alliance change, I might be tempted to let my other characters defect to the pact too...)

I'm AD, all 12 of my guys are AD. Seems weird to be on other alliances, although I've no problem outside of cyro running with someone from another alliance or anything.

I must be a merc at heart...not only do I have multiple characters in all 3 different alliances - but, I have them all on the same map...

the trick is - i make it a point not to mess with folks (t-bag or taunt), I rez (I rez a lot of folks), heal and fight as hard as possible for whichever alliance I'm playing...

I play solo most often - and, really enjoy playing around hot spots of conflict...so, I make a serious effort to support the other players in my alliance during group battles, heck even if it's just another random solo player caught alone somewhere I'll do my best to have their back...

the map I'm on is fairly crowded, so, I'm not really sure how many people realize that I play all sides...I guess the most telling thing is that I rarely if ever get bagged myself...

although I did recently get kicked from an AD guild while fighting AD as an EP character...no hard feelings on my part - i can definitely understand how having some on your guild roster and also your death recap screen may not make some folks too happy :p

    Not much difference in PVE.

Get quest, complete quest, get stuff. Rinse repeat. Get CP points, rinse repeat. Get daily dungeon quest, kills bosses, get stuff. Rinse repeat daily. Get good gear, kill to get better gear, kill more to get better gear, patch for better gear, kill again. Rinse repeat.

    You get the idea.

Same here ... all 8 characters are DC but I have no problem heading to Elden Root or Mournhold (if needed) to solicit a dungeon group.

i have 11 ad and one stranded ep crafter i made by mistake.

no pvp on that one, but i'd definitely pay for a one-time alliance change.

I'm loyal to a fault. I only have two characters I Main, but they're both Pact (even if they're Khajiit) because I believe in what the Pact stands for. Because of that, I wouldn't make a character for a different Alliance. It would feel, off.

Skald King Jorunn is a leader for the people, not of, and I no doubt think it was the Nords that helped push for the end of Argonian enslavement. The Pact itself is nothing more than a genuine need to unify against the unknown threat of the Akaviri, who indeed threatened the whole of Tamriel. It was the Pact that saved the rest of the races from the fate the native Akavir Men suffered.

I don't view the Pact's involvement in Cyrodiil as a power play. The Imperials need to be liberated and the Empire restored, not occupied and conquered by a different Monarch. High King Emerich however I hold no grievances with. The Bretons are just as much a part of the true Empire as the Nords, and Emerich is a noble leader.

I have nothing to say on the Elves.

Unfortunately this, its fun with friends but the whole spying thing, alliances teaming up zerging together on one alliance just to spite them and then of course you do have the cheaters, its not a massive amount but they are there.

When I started pvping back around 4 months after launch I honestly felt like it was fun, it was active people tired hard to win the campaign etc.

Now its just a zerg fest/AP farm. Boring.

Im not sure how to stop the "spies" though on all sides to be honest.

wow...I guess there are some benefits to going primarily solo in cyro...I'm so low on the social/political totem pole - i might just be covered by dirt...

good news though - i'm pretty much oblivious to all the drama :p
