A) how much do the alch packages cost in TV stones?

B) How many mats/plants do you get from said packages?

C) Can you get the ambrosia cipher and/or dust only from the non-dlc overworlds, or can you get them from the non-dlc zone dungeons/delves too?

To craft Mythic Aetherial Ambrosia, you must first find an Aetheric Cipher.
This extremely rare item can potentially be found on any monster within certain areas, listed below.

Both the Aetheric Cipher and Aetherial Dust are unbound, meaning that they can be traded and sold from one player to another. These items will only appear in the following areas:
    Alik'r Desert
    Auridon
    Bal Foyen
    Bangkorai
    Betnikh
    Bleakrock
    Coldharbour
    Cyrodiil
    Deshaan
    Eastmarch
    Glenumbra
    Grahtwood
    Greenshade
    Khenarthi's Roost
    Malabal Tor
    Reaper's March
    The Rift
    Rivenspire
    Shadowfen
    Stonefalls
    Stormhaven
    Stros M'Kai

Aetherial Dust is very rarely found on the resource nodes in certain zones - it can appear on ore, raw cloth, fallen wood, alchemical herbs and mushrooms, and water sources. It is not found on monsters.

Right, but that doesn't clarify if they're found just in the overworlds of those zones or in dungeons/delves as well.

    Ah, But it does.

Aetherial Dust is very rarely found on the resource nodes in certain zones. While there is a few nodes in some delves/dungeons, they are not in all of them. So I would stay overworld to be on the safe side.

Now , Aetheric Cipher is a whole other ball game ... since it can potentially be found on any monster in any of the zones listed above.

Sure, but when I port to say, Riften, the loading screen says RIFTEN. If I enter a delve, it says SUCHANDSUCH CAVE or THISORTHAT BARROW.

I'm just wondering if those subzones still count as being within the overall zone for the purposes of farming these things, or whether since their loading screen doesn't say RIFTEN they're excluded, even though the delves themselves are located within Riften.
