Wood Elf Sneaky Bonus In PVP, VS Khajiit

I am currently a Khajiit pvp bow gank build and I have just realised wood elves have a massive 10% extra damage while sneaking. Is this better than the Khajiit's 8% weapon crit rating?

    ? Khajiits have that same passive, bosmer just gets more regen and max stam.

    I hate the fact that it's the exact same passive. No race should have the same passives as another race. That's just lazy game development.

    This I agree with. I would much rather they change one of them and since I'm magicka based as a khajiit I wouldn't hate it to be cutting carnage to 4% increase to both spell and weapon crit, then keeping the sneak bonus/detection with them (mostly because they've always been more thief and sneak oriented, makes more sense to me). All the wood elf gankers though would not be pleased.
