my whole game is redownloding itself after patch.

so I downloaded the game and had to repair, but the repairing is downloding AGAIN the whole game 40GB+
should I let it redownload? or is there another way to fix this

yeah ive already done that. thats what happened after I repaired it
should I wait for the download to end and see if that works? (80%)

That's happened to me before. And usually for any patch, I have to download 18 gigs or more.

Same here. I'm on metered access so downloading the game again will cost me serious dollars as I would go over my limit. It keeps trying to download a 1.61MB piece, restarts the verification, then loops again and wants to download the whole game.

If repair ever comes up, I Alt + F4 out of the client, and it usually works then. The one and only time I actually repaired resulted in the same mess that the OP is dealing with.

it's already done and I can play, tho the ping is 999 but I dont think thats related

It seems like every other game patch I have to re-download the entire game, the other half run maintenance. Just adds more to the fun of the game for me though.
