[Broken] Heart of the beast quest - Bangkorai

This quest seems to be bugged. At the stage where you have to sacrifice the girl, the option to cut out her heart isn't working. It just keeps saying "item not ready".
I have tried abandoning and restarting it, but same issue occurs at the same point in the quest. Also tried after logging out for 15 minutes as suggested by the ever not helpful automatic response from the f1 support menu in-game.

✭✭✭✭✭Try this, stand where you need to see the "Press E to Activate...." message pops up, open your inventory, look in the Quest Section and manually use the item from your inventory.
If that works, please do a Bug report about the quest item not activating properly.Edited by Nestor on November 11, 2016 4:39PMEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

The only right click option I seem to have available for quest items is link in chat. Left clicking it does nothing0
