Why aren't more Skill lines based on guilds/groups a thing yet?

Especially considering you could make people choose between different groups and give people more build choices.

Either as a "choose one" or simply more additions.

Here some examples:

Order of the Hour

The Eight Divines -> Or even serving just one of them. Like the Vigilants of Stendarr...which admittedly do not exist yet.

Morag Tong (should have enough material to be different from DB)

Dragon Priest Scholar

Tribunal Worshiper/Scholar

Cammona Tong

The Great Houses of Morrowind

Court of Madness

Azura Loyalists

Psijic Order

Wyress "Scholar"

And many more.

Even though we are at an odd place in the timeline...they dont even have to make up new factions....tons of em exist...and with them possible skill-lines to give us diversity. Are there any plans for this?

I'd love for them to figure out some semblance of balance before adding anything new. So far, they're failing miserably.

I'd love to see them add something like it, especially for the Order of the Hour and/or ther knightly orders of the Eight. Another thing I'd like to see is nature magic, so it's easier to create Reachmen/Wyress characters...

Doubt they will add skill lines associated with DLCs.

Yeah the P2W crowd is already paranoid enough.

Well, the skill lines don't have to be associated with DLC, the various factions exist in Tamriel regardless of any DLC that has them as antagonists.

I just feel like that on the skill-side of the game...they move awfully slow.

No new classes since release and the few extra skill lines we got were mostly passive bonuses.
