Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

i mean if you are able to use it without being a vampire that could make things awkward depending on the animations.
i mean what would it do? check their teeth? go "bleh" every time they wanna spook someone? i don't mind the idea but i cant really think how it would happen without some sort of ideas from folks.
Here's my idea: First, it would be exclusive to a player that is a vampire, similar to how some hairstyles are restricted unless you are a particular race. Next, the personality would have it's own effects just like the Dark Brotherhood initiation costume does, where a puff of smoke appears when you put on the costume.
Some effects tied to the personality: Could be triple imaging when the player runs, and if they crouch, the personality allows the player to change in to vanity mist (without any of the benefits that the ACTIVE skill Mist Form has). Because activating the vanity Mist occurs while crouching, being invisible to npcs is simply dependent on how skilled your character is at sneaking, and nothing more. And it wouldn't be any different - other than visual - than a player using Dark Cloak etc, etc. This would also allow vampire players using the Dark Stalker passive to have the perk of going long distances looking like mist, and while running upright they'll look like a blur with an after image.
The Feral personality would make the player walk like a Blood Fiend, they would do things like wipe their mouth with the back of their hand, and look around in an almost frantic like state like they're looking for food. Their facial expression will be a scary blank stare. When they walk it's in a tilted forward way like they're ready to sprint at any moment, and while idle they sit like the golem from Lord of the Rings, Smiegel, I think is his name? And occasionally smells the ground like they're trying to pick up a blood scent.
Sophisticated: and the Sophisticated personality would make the vampire player walk with both hands behind their back with an almost float-like gliding walk. I don't mean off the ground, but so smooth, it gives the illusion as if they're not really walking. Their head should tilt as if they're curious about the things that they're seeing, kind of like a tell that they don't belong among humans and humanoids. The expression should be predatory, as if they're not looking at you but through you. And every so often either while idle or walking, they will use they're left-hand and rub their chin and gently pat their abdomen with one hand like they noticed a spot of blood left from feeding (for men / unisex), and check their nails (for women / unisex).

AchlysNox✭✭✭Bumping this thread, because I think it would be AWESOME if they put this in the game.
It could be a 'legendary' personality too, where it evolves as you go up in Vampire stages. A stage 4 vampire could start eerily levitating above the ground, instead of running.
Also, let's have a vampire themed house... some place nice to house a coven of blood suckers

✭✭Even if we don't get a full personality, I'd love them to change Mounts for Vampire characters.
Rather than summon an actual Mount, my Vampire character just levitates a meter or so off the ground, then effortlessly glides where he needs to go. Same physics rules and speeds etc. would apply to the levitation as it does to the Mounts currently, but it would look infinitely better IMO.
