Game breaking bug xbox

This has happened to me about 10 times since 1t launched.

I will prevent doing it in the future.

If you have the banker, and click an item in the bank, and press y for options, without locking the item, or doing anything to the item, the entire game freezes. You can't back out of the screen without hitting the back button. You can no longer manage inventory, try and withdraw two things and it deposits and withdrawals the same two items.

You can't even log out. You have to close the entire game down. And when you try and log back in it's like cyrodil, where you can't log back on, I must close the game again and then try and log again. So one action basically screws the entire game twice.

Please test this and patch. Anyone else have this issue?

I have hit the y button many times on my xb1 wanting to split the lot b4 I d/l the item and never have had the problem you mentioned. but also note that I've been unable to split the lot and always d/l the entire amount, than switch from withdraw to load and than split and put the amount I want back into the bank

To be more specific this is only when attempting to do anything under y button, while in the purchased banker menu. Not the regular bank, the one you buy, the assistant.

I'll have a helm in my bank and then I click it with y and press lock, then all the glitches and bugs happen. Every time the same thing happens I described above.

I have no problems locking items using my banker, maybe there's a different thing causing this?

The only bug I ever had with the bank was last week when an item window wouldn't close. It stayed on the screen even after I was out of the bank and walking around. Then I couldn't open my inventory and got an error script on screen. When I zoned it fixed it.

This also happens on regular banker. Not all the time, but it has happened to me on a handful of occasions.
Pressing "Y" while on the banker (regular) screen, either depositing or withdrawing, leads to an bug where I could no longer get out of the screen, wouldn't let me withdraw or deposit said item, and doesn't allow it to be locked or unlocked. One solution I found was to highlight another item, withdraw/deposit it, and then it would somehow work until I press "Y" on another item. Surprisingly, I do not encounter this issue when on my inventory screen. Just on the banker.
My solution was just to quit game, and log-in again. Sure is annoying.

Sorry if I was being redundant. I thought I'd mention that it also happens on the regular banker, and not just the assistant banker (crown store)

This has bee happening to me a lot recently. When i try to lock an item in my bank my game freaks out, i cannot lock or unlock further items. I am also unable to log out when this happens, i either have to wait for an inactivity time out or do a close down of my console.
Now when i go to a crafting station i have to be careful what i decon as so much stuff is in my bank and i cant lock without having to do a restart for each item that i lock.
I put in a ticket this morning 161120-000576 so hopefully it will be sorted soon.
