Hello! I hope this reaches the right person/team. I sent a support ticket, but I'm not sure if it made it to the right department so I'm posting here.

I tried logging in the ESO game client, but it wasn't taking my password. I checked the site to manage my account, but found that it's suspended. I received this message in my email:
"This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership, or a Steam ESO Plus™ membership was detected thereby cancelling a duplicate membership on your account."
I did not authorize that cancellation. I also did not get ESO through Steam. I purchased the game from Amazon. However, the card that I've been using for my recurring membership had been compromised. I have disputed fraudulent charges (nothing related with ESO), and the card is no longer active. Would that warrant an account suspension? At the least, I thought it would simply drop the ESO plus membership, and I'd still be able to play the game - just without the added benefits. I would like to change the payment information I have on file (I do want an ESO plus membership) but I couldn't since I'm locked out of my account.
Please let me know what I need to do to get my account restored. Thank you!
