Title. Got a precise yesterday, have a healer main. Does the vma resto come in powered? Can anyone confirm this?

Yeah for sure. One day! I don't even use the precise one and doubt I use the powered one, but would like to have the best one possible.

✭It's good in 4 man content and also decent in vma. Due to it being a back/buff bar and still getting resources whilst on your DPS bar. Plus most 4 man content don't need springs, one rapid regen ticking is normally enough in most dungeons.Xbox one EU

and probably decisive or precise may be better traits. To easy to get a bigger boost to healing power. <-- this answers your question why crit.
As for Decisive, easy, more WH. It may be small, but up time of WH, more specifically the major force uptime, is a big DPS boost for the group.Edited by idk on November 9, 2016 6:00AM0
