Quick q does vma resto come in powered

Title. Got a precise yesterday, have a healer main. Does the vma resto come in powered? Can anyone confirm this?

Yes it does but you want the master resto, any serious end game healer will have it. The stam return is too good.

Yeah for sure. One day! I don't even use the precise one and doubt I use the powered one, but would like to have the best one possible.

It's good in 4 man content and also decent in vma. Due to it being a back/buff bar and still getting resources whilst on your DPS bar. Plus most 4 man content don't need springs, one rapid regen ticking is normally enough in most dungeons.

Yes I have gotten a ton of resto staves, most in sharpened and powered.

and probably decisive or precise may be better traits. To easy to get a bigger boost to healing power. <-- this answers your question why crit.

As for Decisive, easy, more WH. It may be small, but up time of WH, more specifically the major force uptime, is a big DPS boost for the group.
