Hel Ra 2nd boss bugged

Having encountered this a few time myself and hearing it from guild mates: there is a problem with the 2nd boss in (vet) HRC.
If both groups wipe then most of the times the lower/left boss will not respawn, rendering the trial undoable, so you have to restart the whole trial. Please fix ...
