New dolmen mobs don't give XP or loot

Now that the festival is over I have the chance to solo dolmens and I discovered that the new mobs like grievous twilight, flesh colossus, etc. don't give xp or loot when killed. This holds true even when it's an unnamed boss like the dread flesh colossus (I tested on 3 different dolmens before posting, with 2 different new mob bosses).

I've noticed this on my first dolmen after One Tamriel went live yet I wasn't sure if the large group of players were doing more damage then me, preventing XP and loot but now I'm certain it's not the case.
I'm on Xbox NA if it matters.

    Good news! Finally, the dark anchor grinding got nerfed. It ruined the game! Actullay, ZOS should nerf it at the first day of festival. Fortunately, I've already got 8 max level characters before nerf :D

    You do realize there is an Enemy of Cold Harbour achievement right?
    Hardly ruins the game as anchors were designed to be farmed.

    The Boss Cool Down Timer may have also changed, it used to be closer to 15 to 20 minutes, for the Festival it was like 5 Minutes. So, that is something to check. If you take down a Boss during the Cool Down, you get little loot and little Exp. Should not be no loot or no exp, but Dolmen Bosses could be different as you get a chunk for the Dolmen, so not getting any for the boss kind of makes sense. Also, not sure on the chests, but those should not be on the Cool Down anyway.

    But, if there are a large number of players around it is certainly possible their attacks all get queued up and do damage to the boss before yours gets calculated and factored in. I would go find a Dolemen that is in an out of the way place (as it will take you 20 minutes to get there to eliminate that cool down) and see what happens.

    Hehe...I kind of thought that same thing until I realized I got my final three toons to 50 (of 12), obtained the "Enemy of Coldharbour" on four toons, and farmed about 70 CP....of course that was in the first week too. I figure I downed nearly 1,500 dolmens that first week before I was burned out and went back to normal questing.

    I understand how proud someone one who had 8 toons to level - new accounts often have a lot more characters that are behind the curve than the veterans who have many fewer toons left to level.
