Can't Launch Game after 10/31 patch

Hello,
After updating my game today when I try to launch it crashes. I don't even get to the log in screen. It shows "ESO quit unexpectedly" and tells me to submit a crash report. Repairing game did not fix this. Anybody else have this issue or know a fix?

Just goto eso64.exe in your folder and run it direct bypassing the loader.Anything that can be exploited will be exploited0 -
