Remove sound "scream after fall"

Hi all, how i can remove this best sound?
Each time after jump in the water, jump from small rock my hero scream like a pig... I want delete this sound
How i can do it?

TheSeer✭✭✭Characters usually only shout when they jump and are about to take a substantial amount damage, even if its into deep water.
Only way to not hear it is to turn off the volume.

Of course the dialog volume also includes the interesting NPC conversations you always hear.
As a casual player I was satisfied that at one point I had a char max level and near max crafting with almost all motifs and I pretty much lost interest. Then ESO discovered DLC's and now my main is just a wanabe and I am happily pulled back into the game.0 -

I always forget about that. I usually only mess with player voice volume to adjust to the people with their mic in their mouth. Lol

✭✭I agree with the OP - it may be since 1T (& maybe just consoles) but there is now a hideous long & loud scream that happens whenever you jump - and it is nothing related to potential damage.
It is over the top and <extremely> annoying.1 -

Never had it happen to me, usually my dude just does his normal grunt.

It didn't happen before. Now it seems my suddenly sensitive little flowers have to scream like the proverbial girl just jumping down off a rock when previously they gave a tough grunt.
It's terribly demoralising.
