I've been doing DB black sacrament dailies since DB dropped and i need to kill Rinweril to complete the Blackest Sacrament achievement but i never got that quest is it bugged or another *** up RNG joke ?

feyii✭✭✭✭I took the time to write down all the targets every day for the whole of july, just to check if certain targets are more common than others. It looked like there is actually an order in which they appear. And the ordered targets weren't always the main target. Also, in some sacrament dungeons, there are people from the list of targets which you might currently not be required to kill (Geon Alinie, for example, is in one of them even if he is no target).
All in all, you should get everyone from the list if you do the sacrament quest daily for a month - it's actually less time but it shouldn't take longer than a month. If you skip days in between you might be unlucky to miss just the targets you still need.Edited by feyii on November 4, 2016 12:21PM5 -

feyii✭✭✭✭Just because I wanted to know, if it is just random or not.With my first DB char I also thought that some NPCs would never turn up, so with my second char I did it for a whole month, even after I had the achievement with him.
