I've started playing in 3rd person lately, and I have a blue health bar just above my head. How the heck do I get rid of that?

    Do you have Nameplates on ? Check the settings

    This is what I use ( for PvP so it only shows enemy health bars )

    Nope, don't have nameplates on. Tried it with your settings, but it's still there.

    Do you have a screenshot? Or even a picture if you're on console.

    Next category. Health Bars. Turn them all off.

    Try the section right underneath Nameplates, but also in the "Nameplates" settings. That's where the Healthbars settings are.
