drakhan2002_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Unfortunately your situation is all too common. ZOS does not understand how to provide adequate customer service. It's a shame they take their customers for granted.
This game has so much potential - one big black eye is their customer service. Until that gets fixed more and more people will lose favor in the game. And the sad part this is probably an easy thing to fix. Make less bugs, hire more customer service, and train them adequately.

So far the only evident way to get a shred of hope in customer service is to create a forum thread like this and tag every @ZOS name you can find in the hope one of them will respond and chase up your ticket for you.The Legendary Nothing1 -
