Pledge in Hard Mode only one key reward

Hello, i tried several Pledge in groups with guild members and their reward was always two keys, I will always one key. All the times I have personally turned on the hard modes mode by reading the scroll or respecting the requirements. Seems clear that there is some bug.

Fabulosity✭✭✭Are you sure you didn't get two keys? When you turn in the quest it just says that you get "Undaunted Key" which makes it look like you only got one key, when in reality you receive two if you've done veterans hard mode.0
