Sometimes when I get caught by guards and don't pay bounty I glitch and I can't fight back or move

    Did you try to Break Free? They can Fossilize you and apply other Roots to you so that you can't move.

    Which is why you never want to Sprint from Guards, but instead Jog at middle speed so you can reserve your stamina. If you do that, you can usually break free of all their CC and get away cleanly.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    This happens a lot on Xbox one.
    I've deleted my clips but it's definately a bug of some sorts.


    I had to zone and then unequip all my weapons and then re-equip

    Same with any skills that got stuck from this.

    No idea why as I often never steal or do crimes but maybe some who does a lot of crimes can better detail. I didn't report this either as it seemed related to other issues after the DB update.
