Help Setting Up SweetFX in ESO (64 bit)

Hey there, I'm just getting back into the game. I used to have SweetFX enabled as the colors are a bit dull by default.
I've been trying with this preset, which uses SweetFX 2.0 and as far as I understand it should be compatible with the 64-bit client. http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/1573/
I've unpacked everything in the game's folder but it doesn't seem to work, even pressing F11 to switch it on/off does nothing. Any tips?
