Simple Request: Make Belkarth Bank a Safe Area for Log-off

With the vast number of players who seem to be camped out in Belkarth, I think it's time to revisit the decision to make it not a "safe space" for logging off.

10 seconds might be a small inconvenience, but it's also a completely unnecessary inconvenience. Off the top of my head, the only other bank in the game with a log-out timer is Bleakrock (How about changing that one, too?) It's completely inconsistent for it to take ten seconds to log off in Belkarth when log-off is instant at the other banks.

Even out in the open in most cities are safe spots to log out. Next to writ turn-in in Orisinium? Instant log-off. At the woodworking station in Solitude? No timer. Belkarth Bank? "Are you sure you want to log out in this dangerous location? Here's ten seconds to rethink your foolishness!"

Admittedly, it's a minor QOL improvement, but it is a real QOL improvement, and there's no reason I can think of not to do it.

    I've always kind of suspected it was a mistake, but honestly, I don't know.

    Sometimes you need to swap characters. not just quit.

    Yup if u are swapping toons, the 10 seconds wait is undodgeable. (lol).

    If you are just quitting the game then u can just skip on the timer and force the quit to happen ASAP. Kinda annoying since I do 40 writs across 8 toons..... Thats a total of 80 seconds wasted rawr. Mah TIME!

    all outlaw dens have no "safe logoff" spots because zos logic. theres no way you could even get attacked down there >.>

    I agree with this. It can be annoying constantly switching between all your characters while they're all in Belkarth.

    I have to agree. I've never understood why most towns are safe areas to log off without the timer, but some (Belkarth being probably the most prominent example) are not.

    Belkarth needs to be a Safe zone to log out from. It never has been.

    Not that this is an issue in Belkarth, but I have logged back into a Corpse more often than I care to, so now I wait in most cases. When the game says you will remain logged into the Server, your logged in for quite a while. Mobs can wander by and chew on you while your in Limbo, so this way I don't have a corpse on log in.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Its funny because after waiting 10 secs ill be still staring at my screen for another 10 secs to actually put me in a loading screen to character selection...
