IMHO DKS is a crap set anyway. As I'm running out of space for all the new sets on my 3 low level alts, it's one of the set I'm considering deconstructing. Knight Errand and Durok's Bane look better for PvP tanky builds.

If you were on xBox 1 EU instead of PC EU and had one of the old BoE weapons then this one would have been happy to take them off of your hands.

Unfortunately, trade between PC and consoles is not a thing...

Just sold some of the old BoE DKS and Viper that dropped in SO back in the day. Since now BoP gear is so easy to get there was no point in holding on to those. I don't think those sets had weapon back then and I only got armor pieces.

Khajiit would respectfully decline. Has the walker seen how ugly that helmet is, and how many walkers are taunting and dying in one shot on bosses?

Besides, this one has a monster set to be happy with.

The only purpose of this set is to open up an ability slot instead of using the ability that gives you the buff... or you could also just use a potion... the tradeoff of not getting a monster set that actually does damage makes it kind of a junk set imo.

Khajiit must taunt players then. They get very upset when both Tremorscale and Viper proc at the same time. Then they come and whine on other threads.

If you're looking for Skoria as well, farm vCoA 2. If you're looking for just spellweave, I'd strongly recommend doing nCoA 1 as it takes a fraction of the time (unless you're looking for Infernal Guardian as well, in which case do vCoA 1)

Yes, but Khajiit does not like to spread the negative 'Meta' of proc sets and this one does not see how any walker can enjoy dueling in such circumstances.

Imo every boss should drop a weapon and a piece of armour, while the last boss drops the helmet plus a piece of jewelery.
Still don't know why you think of Dks as a good set though.

It is the only set that is mostly about weapon damage being two weapon damage plus one crit, Most other sets has 1 dam or 1 crit plus stat boosts. The exceptions to that are:

Noble duelists Silks, Combat Physician (2xSpell Dam),

Leviathan (3xWeap.Crit),

I appreciate your dedication on this. Unfortunately this is probably what it's gonna take to get Zenimax to revisit dungeon weapon pools and drop rates. As it stands, dungeon weapon drops just seem to be frustrating players (myself included.)

I spent two weeks trying to farm Undaunted Bastion weapons before reading that there is only a 1-in-624 chance you'll get the weapon and trait you desire. I said "this isn't worth it - I need to move on" and looking back, all that time was just a depressing waste of my life. Two weeks - gone - for nothing - because of bad numbers. I gave up on my ideal build, and only see it as a tease now.

No doubt they put considerable resources into making these sets & dungeon weapons, but right now trying to obtain certain dungeon weapons is just an unreasonable morale killer that serves to burn out the player base. For most people I would suggest moving on, but I see you're fighting the good fight here, so... good luck.

I was doing the same trying to get a Sanctuary weapon and shield combo... I did finally get 2 one handed weapons, but I gave up on the shield.

This should not be the case. ZOS needs to realise that when walkers and humble Khajiit create builds then they want the pieces to be obtainable, even if not in perfect traits. 231 runs so far is not an obtainable drop. Khajiit knows that this one is simply on one end of the curve, but the curve should not be so severe no?

Run number 232 - Khajiit got a Mace of the DKS in infused. Still not a dagger or the traits being looked for, but at least it's a sensible DKS weapon and not a staff.
