Lol the customer service in this game is getting worse, or its they just don't care, my characters are all highly bug, i put an in game bug report (please remember i said in game), that skills like calatrops, revealing flare, basicly aoe skills do not proc at all. all there is, is the yellow circle and nothing happens. siege weapons when trying to put them down i see the little yellow circle no problem but its inside the ultimate circle and when you try and place down the siege weapon the ultimate goes of. then there is the skills lol, like lava whip, force shock, wall of elements etc ether do not proc at all or when they do the dps they put out like on lava whip can be as low a 20 dps, yes that 20 dps.
so with ether skills not work or setting or other skills or when going of, hitting like a damp squid and i reported all this in game, at least 20 skills or things going wrong with my character/characters, this is the response i got from zos customer care which is below my rant. As you can see they point me to web pages about quests etc or general gameplay, or they said to ask you guys to fix skills not working, do they expected for the community to pray to the heavens and shout to god fix this, they said gameplay guides would fix skill not working, how on earth will a guide fix something that is not working, it just does not make sense.
so then they say report in game (as you can see) but like i said i did report in game (this makes me confussed i reported in game they responed telling me to report in game, do they not read the report, it would seem they do not read them
they said the following to report in game, please report them using /bug while in game (which i did) and be rue (what!! rue, that means bitterly regret something one has done or allowed to happen and wish it undone) to fully explain what is wrong with the skill and how it should work, so lets us get this start they want me to report each skill that is not working, so that means all on the characters a min of 60 skills, as nothing works at all on the character since the character is bug, they then say i need to tell them what is wrong with the skill and how it is ment to work, what the hell they don't know how the skills work in there own game and they call them selfs an it department, if i was like that in my job in it i would get fired.
lol it just gets me, i will do a vid and put it up here tomoz to show you all, but this is a joke, do they not want people to play this game with this sort of response and btw here is thier response in full
