If I'm champion 280 on one character will I get that level when I reach 50 on another character?

    Yes you will. Champion Points are account wide. So whenever you earn a CP on one character, they all get it.

    In addition to that, you can even assign your CP to your fresh new level 3 character. :) They can't earn new CP, but can profit from the buffs your existing ones give.

    Yes, and your other vet characters can "help" earn CPs faster. Some Xp earns are easier...like the first time you close a dolmen with a character. If you have multiple vet characters, you can go grab the easy xp and cut down on CP grinding.
